The Rotary Club of Colonial Park, and the Rotary Club of Colonial Park Foundation, has awarded to community organizations, scholarship to high school seniors, and RYLA, over one million dollars since 2002.

Available scholarships for seniors graduating in the class 2026 at Central Dauphin High School, Central Dauphin East High School, Dauphin County Technical School, Bishop McDevitt High School, Harrisburg Christian School

The website will begin accepting applications on Monday, January 19, 2026, at 5 PM

Note: Not all scholarships are offered to all schools

Gary C. Clemens Scholarship $2,500 General This scholarship is only available for students attending Central Dauphin High School.

This scholarship is available to students who will be enrolled in a Technical School / Community College offering a certificate of Proficiency in a Technical Field Program or will be enrolled in a Any Degree Program. 		View
Rotary Club of Colonial Park Scholarship $2,500 General This scholarship is available to students who will be enrolled in a Any Degree Program or will be enrolled in a Technical School / Community College offering a certificate of Proficiency in a Technical Field Program. View
Norman P. Hetrick Scholarship $2,500 General This scholarship is available to students who will be enrolled in a Any Degree Program or will be enrolled in a Technical School / Community College offering a certificate of Proficiency in a Technical Field Program. View
James Dewalt & Susan Ebersole Novinger Scholarship $2,500 General This scholarship is available to students who will be enrolled in a Any Degree Program or will be enrolled in a Technical School / Community College offering a certificate of Proficiency in a Technical Field Program. View
Buckingham and Novinger Nativity School of Harrisburg Scholarship $2,500 General This scholarship is only available for students who attended Nativity School of Harrisburg.

National Acceptance Company Business Information Technology Scholarship $1,000 Technology This scholarship is available to students who will be enrolled in a Any Degree Program or will be enrolled in a Technical School / Community College offering a certificate of Proficiency in a Technical Field Program. William E. Minsker Educational Scholarship $1,000 Education This scholarship is only available to students who will be enrolled in a Bachelors Degree Program. View
The McManamon Family Scholarship $1,000 General This scholarship is only available for students attending Central Dauphin High School and who also attended West Hanover Elementary School.

Madden and Gilbert Physical Therapy Rebecca Engle Scholarship $1,000 Physical Therapy This scholarship is only available for students attending Central Dauphin High School.

This scholarship is only available to students who will be enrolled in a Bachelors Degree Program. 		View
